It is a "Mitted" because it has white 'socks' as well !

SEAL BI-COLOUR adult

SEAL BI-COLOUR MID HIGH WHITE.

Called High White because there is a lot more white than you will find on a Seal point.

BLUE MITTED, although the 'socks' aren't that obvious yet.
